Capturing the moments

Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life and I want to photograph it in a way so you can enjoy the day with the people that matter to you; your friends and family. I want to capture the moments, the love, the laughter and the emotion.

I will document your day to create a set of photographs that will tell the story of your wedding day. My aim is to capture the candid moments and interactions, the emotions that aren’t staged to reflect on the atmosphere of the day, from the bride getting ready with her bridesmaids, to the first dance.

As a documentary wedding photographer my aim is to be unobtrusive, capturing events without interfering or disrupting the proceedings. I will work discreetly, using available light and natural settings. Unlike other wedding photography styles, which may focus on individual portraits, group shots, or staged moments, documentary wedding photography aims to capture the wedding day as a whole. I want to record all the small interactions as well as the obvious so you can look back and remember the your day.

Enjoy your day

You spend a lot of money on your wedding and I want you to spend all your time with the people that matter; your family and friends. My documentary approach means you can do just that while I tell the story of your day emotion driven photographs.

It’s all about moments

So much happens on your wedding day. As a documentary wedding photographer, I will capture all the essential bits and everything else in between. The little looks, smiles, nods and winks, hiccups, tears and joy. All photographed with honesty and integrity.

Emotional photography

Weddings are all about love, and I want that to show in your wedding photographs. I’ll tell the story of your wedding day and you will be able to look back on all the emotions from the day, leaving you with something to treasure for years to come.
